Which certificates do you offer?

We currently offer DV (domain-validated) certificates: single-domain, multi-domain and wildcard, depending on the products on sale. OV / EV (organization-validated) certificates are temporarily unavailable.

How long does issuance take?

DV certificates are issued by the certificate authority after domain validation is complete; timing depends on the CA's processing.

Which domains does a wildcard certificate cover?

*.example.com covers all subdomains at the same level, such as www / api / mail, but not deeper subdomains (such as a.b.example.com).

How does the purchase term relate to the certificate's validity?

Certificates are sold on a 1-year term. Due to industry rules, a single certificate is valid for about 200 days, so each order includes 1 free reissue (available about 198 days after issuance) to cover the rest of the service term. We send a reminder before the certificate expires; to keep using it after the service term ends, please purchase again.

Do you offer refunds?

Before issuance, you can cancel the order yourself on the order page and the amount paid is returned to your account balance; refunds after issuance follow the Terms of Service.

How do I install the certificate?

After issuance, download the certificate files from the Client Area and configure them for your server type (Nginx / Apache / IIS, etc.).
